Spencer Turnblacer - Owner/Head Trainer

Riding since the age of 4, Spencer achieved many accolades during her Junior and Amateur career, specifically in the Equitation ring. Competing at all the major equitation and hunter championships across the east coast, Spencer has taken her passion and turned it into a career helping clients achieve their goals.
In 2019, she purchased Houdini Farms and has since then produced numerous horse/rider combinations to the winner circles at all major finals across the east coast. Clients have gone onto winning awards at prestigious events such as Junior Hunter Finals, Pennsylvania National Horse Show, Zone II Finals, Capital Challenge, Pony Finals, Adult Hunter Finals, and The National Horse Show. ​​​
Maggie Brink - Trainer

Joining Houdini Farms in 2024, Maggie comes with a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience in both the Hunters, Jumpers and Equitation. Maggie teaches her students proper skills and horsemanship both in and out of the show ring.
Maggie's achievements include multiple International/National Derby placings and Wins, Experience in the jumper ring up to 1.35, and producing young horse/ponies into show ready mounts for their riders. Since joining the team, Maggie has taken students to top accolades at Zone II Finals, Junior Hunter Finals and The Washington International Horse Show.
Lauren Brink - Trainer

Lauren joined Houdini Farms in 2022 and has been the foundation of the lesson program and training new riders. Lauren has produced multiple riders from their beginning stages all the way into the show ring.
Students of all ages are able to learn and progress under her watchful eye in a safe, structured environment where she makes it fun and enjoyable for every level of rider to learn and grow.
