Any customer wishing to participate in horse showing is required to take at minimum, 2 weekly lessons on each horse owned/leased. Additionally, any horse that is not on training services shall also be required at trainer's discretion to forgo at minimum, 1 training ride per week. These requirements are non-negotiable. Should requirements not be met, the customer is subject to be excluded from participation.
Horse Show Services
Training: $75 per day ($100 at finals)
Daycare: $75 per day, mandatory ($115 at finals)
Show or Schooling Ride: $60 per day, by HF staff member
Shipping: $1.50/mile plus tolls (charge for horse / equipment trips)
Non-Haulers: $50 per horse
Car Milage: $.65/mile plus tolls (HF Staff)
HF Splits (tack stalls, hotels, per diem for staff, bedding, hay, rubber mats, golf carts, set up fees, replenishing of supplies/materials, additional trips, travel to/from hotel, etc.) to be divided by number of horses attending
Quarterly non-showing fee: Should someone not show once a quarter, HF will charge $1,000 for that quarter. (exceptions are injured horse/rider for whole duration, rehabbing from injury) Quarterly – Dec-Feb, Mar-May, June-Aug, Sept-Nov.
Tipping: Daily tip to groom at show is required. To be paid directly to groom at end of show. Should tips not be paid to groom at end of show, HF staff will bill accordingly to customer. General idea of tip is around $20/per day, per horse.
Horses are required to arrive at horse shows per HF staff’s discretion. Should horse(s) arrive at the horse show by 5PM or later, the customer is subject to not lesson or school that evening
