Shorts can be worn but campers must bring a pair of long pants to change into when riding.  It is also recommended that campers bring an extra shirt and shorts that can get wet.  Campers must wear proper riding boots or shoes with a small heal during lessons.  Other barn appropriate foot wear is allowed when not mounted (no flip flops/sandals).  Shirts must be long enough to tuck into pants during lessons.  An approved riding helmet must be worn while mounted.  If campers don’t have their own they can borrow one from the barn.

Summer Camp is filled with a fun educational week filled with everything related to horses and ponies!  Our Campers will get daily mounted riding lessons as well with daily barn duties (horse care, grooming, etc.).  Additionally, campers will learn daily information on what our horse and ponies need from day to day care such as tack cleaning, vet/farrier care, and body parts of the horse.  After lunch the kids will have plenty of free time to hang out with their friends and play- kid size horse jumps, crafts and games and fishing!  At the end of the week the kid will get to participate in a horse show and can invite their friends and family to come watch and show them what they've learned throughout the week!

Dates TBD ($100 deposit must be made by July 1st)
