He has all kinds of great show experience including trips in big AA venues such as Harrisburg’s Farm Show Complex & Kentucky’s Alltech Arena. PJ counter-canters, has a fantastic lead change, and bridles up easily to produce a handsome & leggy equitation shape. He’s also a good mover & jumper with nice prizes in the hunters. He is patient and endlessly forgiving of the miss and will put up with a lot of practice. He’s seen every distance there is and has never bothered with an opinion.
PJ grew up on ample acreage and is happiest in a program with good turnout, preferably overnight or 4+ hours daily. He is a well-mannered and honest horse that aims to please and is fully capable of taking care of a novice, but he does require some “me” time most days to just be a horse. He is athletic and well-bred and has lots of potential to be a kid’s dream 3’6” Medal mount. He is barefoot behind, gets zero maintenance, and is the goofball of the barn that makes everyone laugh.
